  • Councillor Sandra Coleman - Declaration for Transparency - Councillor Sandra Coleman, Executive Member for Stronger Healthy Communities, declared that she was a Member of the Board of Chippy Community Land Trust (CCLT). The declaration was made in respect of item 16 on the agenda – Proposal for transfer of land in Chipping Norton. Councillor Coleman would therefore leave the room for the duration of that item.
