Councillor Sarah Veasey - Pre-determination - 26/00390/FUL Play Area Windmill Road - Councillor Sarah Veasey declared that she had been involved in talks to secure the S106 funding for the play area. Councillor Veasey stated that she would not vote and would step out of the Council chamber whilst the application was heard.
