Contaminated Land Inspection Strategy for West Oxfordshire District
West Oxfordshire, in common with all English
authorities, has a statutory duty to prepare and update a
contaminated land inspection strategy, that sets out how it will
identify and manage contaminated land within the District.
Government expects us to update the strategy every 5 years or so.
Our existing strategy, originally produced in 2001, last updated in
2019 is due an update. I seek approval to issue the draft update
for external consultation.
