Public Spaces Protection Order; A40 between Witney and Burford
Thames Valley Police have request a Public
Spaces Protection Order to prevent pony and trap racing on the A40
between Witney and Burford. Local Authorities are responsible for
issuing PSPOs. A period of consultation is required and following
this, the final order is brought to Executive for
approval.
