Application for a New Premises Licence The Fox Inn, Middle Barton, Chipping Norton pdf icon PDF 65 KB

Purpose:

To determine an application for a new premises license made by Tony O’Sullivan for the premises located at The Fox Inn, Middle Barton, Chipping Norton.

 

Recommendations:

That the Licensing Panel is asked, in light of the representation received, to consider the application and determine whether to:

  • grant the application as requested.
  • grant the application subject to such conditions that are necessary to promote the licensing objectives.
  • refuse to specify a person in the licence as the premises supervisor.
  • refuse the application in whole or in part where it is necessary to promote the licensing objectives
