To receive any declarations of interest from Members of the committee on any items to be considered at the meeting.

This agenda has been published before the meeting of 21 July 2026. The minutes of 21 July 2026 and 30 July 2026 will be considered at the next licensing panel meeting.

11am - Application for a new Premises Licence - The Double Red, Clanfield Limited for the premises located at The Duchess, Bampton Road, Clanfield. pdf icon PDF 67 KB

Purpose:

To determine an application for a new premises licence made by The Double Red Clanfield Limited.

 

Recommendations:

That the Licensing Panel is asked, in light of the representation received, to consider the application and determine whether to:-

  • grant the application as requested.
  • grant the application subject to such conditions that are necessary to promote the licensing objectives.
  • refuse to specify a person in the licence as the premises supervisor.
  • refuse the application in whole or in part where it is necessary in order to promote the licensing objectives.

To determine an application for a new premises licence made by Shun Retail Store Limited (Budgens).

 

Recommendation:

That the Licensing Panel is asked, in light of the representation received, to consider the application and determine whether to:-

  • grant the application as requested.
  • grant the application subject to such conditions that are necessary to promote the licensing objectives.
  • refuse to specify a person in the licence as the premises supervisor.
  • refuse the application in whole or in part where it is necessary in order to promote the licensing objectives.
