Minutes:

Members considered a report from the Group Manager of Residents’ Services which asked them to determine an application to vary a premise licence for Cineworld, Marriotts Walk, Witney.

The Licensing Officer addressed the Panel and advised that following the circulation of the Noise Management Plan, there had been discussions between the interested parties and further clarification was needed on a number of points.

It was therefore being proposed that the hearing be adjourned to allow all parties to continue their discussions with a view to being able to reach a satisfactory way forwards.

Councillor MacRae noted the comments from the officers and agreed that this was a sensible course of action.  It was therefore,

Resolved that the hearing be adjourned until 14 September 2021.
