There were no declarations of interest received.
The Chair explained that Motion C was related to management fees at privately managed estates and explained that any members who were subject to such fees may wish to declare that for transparency.
Councillors Liam Walker and Stuart McCarroll both declared that they live on new estates but that they were approaching the debate with an open mind.
