Purpose:
To request approval for sale of land in Witney
Recommendations:
That the Executive resolves to:
- Approve the sale of land in Witney
- Delegate authority to the Director of Finance in consultation with the Executive Member for Finance to approve the final terms of the sale including sale price.

Minutes:
Councillor Alaric Smith, Executive Member for Finance, presented the item, the purpose of which was to request approval for sale of land in Witney.
Councillor Alaric Smith proposed accepting the recommendations of the report.
Councillor Andy Graham seconded the proposals.
The proposals were put to the vote and were agreed unanimously.
The Executive resolved to:
1. Approve the sale of land in Witney;
2. Delegate authority to the Director of Finance in consultation with the Executive Member for Finance to approve the final terms of the sale including sale price.
