To consider one application for Hardship Relief in respect of Business Rates

Decision:

That the Executive Member for Finance in consultation with the Chief Finance Officer resolved to:

a)    Consider one new application for Hardship Relief

b)    Award full Hardship Relief of £1,509.35 for the 2025/26 financial year, and

c)    Award 75% Hardship Relief for a period of no more than 6 months for the financial year 2026/2027

Reasons for the decision:

The details of the application are restricted by virtue of paragraph 3, of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972
